We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at customers@alloutwarrior.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We regret that in order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we are currently only offering refunds and not exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item, we suggest placing a new order while processing your return. Please note that refunds will cover the cost of your product and not the cost of shipping, as shipping fees are paid to the carrier.
